Sheehan Quinn

Having been in the same offices in Blackrock for over 25 years the decision to move in early 2006 to The Courtyard in Sandyford posed a number of challenges for both Sheehan Quinn and Bizquip and a project management plan was put in place to ensure a smooth transition.

In conjunction with our CAD design team a number of options were presented for approval and as can be evidenced from the photographs the transformation from before to during to after ensured that Sheehan Quinn were able to move in on time and within budget to a turnkey solution in an open plan environment giving a totally different workplace experience from the offices in Blackrock spread over 3 floors that had been outgrown due to their progressive expansion .

The combination of Wengue finish in the management offices and meeting rooms contrasted well with the Maple finish in the open plan. The reception counter in particular combining glass and maple sets off the professional tone of the offices immediately upon entering the reception area.

The relocation of client files was of paramount importance and as Auditors and Accountants a large quantity of files had to be accomodated hence the floor plan achieved this with clever use of wall space and the creation of an archival area whilst allowing live files to be accessible to the Audit teams at all times.

Future expansion of the Practice has been built into the design and Sheehan Quinn have settled in well into their new offices and are delighted with the finished product.
