As Airbnb’s business expanded, so did their office needs. In 2015, the holiday letting company announced that it would be opening a second office in

The Warehouse in the heart of Silicon Docks. They wanted a bright, contemporary space while still preserving the old character of the historic building.

Bizquip was selected as furniture vendor to supply the furniture package for this project, with a floor space of 36,500 sq. ft. Working with Architect Practice Heneghan Peng,

Main Contractor Bennett Construction and KMCS as Project Manager, the Warehouse underwent a major restoration prior to AirBnb taking occupancy in mid-2016.

A comfortable and contemporary environment was created promoting collaboration and communication for the various AirBnb teams that operate in Dublin. A wide range of break out furniture including sofas, armchairs, stools and soft furnishings were used along with a number of bespoke,

handmade furniture pieces for reception and meeting rooms. The canteen furniture consisted of a mix of bespoke, handmade valchromat benches and Albion tables from our manufacturer Bestuhl. Read more about the official opening of AirBnb’s new international HQ.
